The Challenge
Luxury Spaces Real Estate operates in one of Dubai’s most competitive digital environments: the premium property market, where every agency is competing for the same high-net-worth buyers and investors searching online for off-plan and secondary market properties.
The fundamental problem was trust. A high-net-worth buyer considering a multi-million dirham property transaction will form an impression of an agency’s credibility within seconds of landing on their website.
The brief was to create a website that felt genuinely premium, comparable in design quality to luxury hotel websites or high-end fashion brands, while functioning as an effective lead generation tool. The technical requirements included: a property listing system integrated with the client’s CRM, a WhatsApp lead capture widget, Google Analytics tracking, and a mobile experience that was genuinely excellent rather than a compressed desktop version.
The Approach
The Kmistree design team began with a competitive landscape review, assessing the websites of the top 20 Dubai real estate agencies across multiple criteria: hero design, property search UX, mobile performance, contact friction, and visual differentiation. The review confirmed that the majority relied on the same 4–3 white-label platforms, creating a visual sameness across the category.
A bespoke design was developed on WordPress / CMS with a custom Elementor build, structured around a clear conversion architecture. The visual language drew from luxury hospitality design, full-bleed property photography, generous whitespace, a refined serif/sans-serif typographic pairing, and a restrained colour palette of white, deep charcoal, and light yellow & blue accent.

The Outcome
The new Luxury Spaces website launched one month after project commencement. Mobile page load speed improved from an estimated 6.2 seconds (PageSpeed Insights score 38) to 2.1 seconds (PageSpeed Insights score 82) — a measurable improvement in the metric most correlated with bounce rate reduction for mobile users.
In the first 30 days post-launch, inbound enquiry volume via the website increased significantly, with the client reporting WhatsApp as the leading contact method — a direct result of the persistent WhatsApp contact bar built into every property page. The site attracting organic search traffic for neighborhood-specific queries, creating a new acquisition channel that did not exist before the project.
